You're invited to Basket of Hope's 24th Annual Golf Tournament on Friday, June 24th at Far Oaks Golf Club! Special thanks to our Title Sponsor: Gardens of Grace and to our Golf Tournament Chairperson, Steve Pizzolato!

Golfers will have the option to tee-off at 7:30 am or 12:30 pm, please let us know your preference when registering.

• Individual Golfer: $190 before June 1st, $200 after June 1st 
• Foursome: $720 before June 1st, $800 after June 1st
• Birdie Sponsor: $2500 includes 1 foursome & sponsorship benefits
• Eagle Sponsor: $5000 includes 2 foursomes & sponsorship benefits
• Title Sponsor: $10,000 includes 3 foursomes & sponsorship benefits
