Letter from Kurt and Brenda WarnerWhen we were introduced to Basket of Hope in 2000, its mission resonated with us immediately. After establishing the Kurt Warner First Things First Foundation in 2001, Basket of Hope became one of our first partners as we began delivering baskets to children at Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in St. Louis. Watching the faces of the children light up as they look through the baskets full of toys, books, games and music brings us indescribable joy. It's an honor to be able to love on and pray with these children and their families and encourage them with the hope that comes through Jesus during a difficult time in their lives. We are such firm believers in Basket of Hope and its positive effects on families with children battling serious illnesses and injuries that we carried the program with us to New Jersey and again to Phoenix, where we presently deliver baskets to children in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at St. Joseph's Hospital.
You don't have to be an NFL player to brighten the day of a tiny hospital patient and give hope to their family. Volunteers are needed to
assist branches across the country with basket assembly, delivery and fund-raising efforts. Or perhaps the stories on this website will move
you to join a prayer list to pray for these courageous kids or make a financial contribution. Basket of Hope wishes to expand so that children
all across the country can experience this amazing blessing. We are proud to support an organization that breathes life into the words of the Gospel. "Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer."
