Basket Of Hope - Giving Hope to Children with Cancer

Basket of Hope has expanded to many areas. Each area is supported by their local communities. Here's a quick update from the local branch coordinator on what's happening in their areas!

Albuquerque, NM: Marge's branch has contacted Randy Travis and he's interested in delivering baskets. Volunteers are stepping forward. They will be holding another burrito dinner at Easter to rasie money to purchase items for the baskets! It's a very fun event! [ more ]

Springfield, IL: Get our latest branch newsletter!

Addie's branch is expanding her program from St. John's hospital to patients at the Ronald McDonald House. She is very excited about serving more children through this venue. [ more ]

Iowa City, IA: Renee's branch is looking into expanding from the University of Iowa Hospital to Blank Children's Hospital in DesMoines. They are having a golf outing in June. [ more ]

Little Rock, AR: Roxie's branch is serving primarily heart patients and is excited about new volunteers joining in. They are hoping to do a fundraiser soon to raise money to purchase toys and gifts for the baskets. [ more ]

Indianapolis, IN: Jackie's branch is delivering quite a number of baskets to Riley's Children's hospital. Tony Dungy recently completed a promotional video for Basket of Hope and we are thankful for his continued involvement in the program. [ more ]

Las Vegas, NV: Michelle's branch is doing well and has delivered over 80 baskets since she started in August. They are working on a fundraiser. [ more ]

St. Louis, MO: Angela's branch is expanding from SSM Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital to other local hospitals that are treating children with serious illnesses. They have also expanded to include bereavement baskets which are given to families that lose a baby due to miscarriage or stillbirth. [ more ]
